Salon Policies
– All colour and perm prices are base rates and are subject to change according to hair thickness and length. Prices do not include gloss service.
– Shampoo & dry $20 –
– All colour and perm, treatments charge a service fee of $20 for wash and finishing dry.
– Running more than 15 minutes late to your appointment may compromise your original booking or reschedule.
– Student discount – High school students with presentation of Australian student ID there is a 10% discount with all the service except retail products.
– CONFIRMING APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING :
72 hours notice for cancel your booking and Fully refund will be transfer back to your dominated bank account.
48 hours notice when rescheduling an appointment so that he or she can fill that appointment.
we reserve the right to charge cancellation fee on any appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice/ no show and future appointments will only be accepted with the payment of a deposit only.
